Prudent financial management
As a two time elected Trustee, I am on the Budget and Audit committee of a large Public Board with 5500 employees, 97 buildings, 57,000 students, and an operating budget of over half a billion dollars a year. When capital projects are included over 700 million dollars are actively managed. These funds are always under control. The budget is always… More
Beneficial healthy growth
I've lived and worked in Ward 5 for over 20 years. I've watched Oakville grow and prosper. I've served on numerous committees concerned with land use, site plan proposals and construction. Development must remain fair, and continue to serve the people of Oakville. I support principled control of development that… More

Closing Thoughts

My wife and I moved with our two boys into Ward 5 in 1989.

I was elected Trustee of the Public School Board in 2003, again in 2006, then Board Chair in 2008.

There, I've kept green space green with the upcoming sale of Lorne Skuce and White Oaks lands to another School Board – not developers, installed thousands of watts of solar energy, always voted for balanced budgets, and still brought 12 million dollars of improvement into Ward 5.

As a retired successful business person I will work full time for you if elected as your Town and Regional Councillor.

I'm asking for your vote.
